POLICY & AGREEMENT

MIXING AGREEMENT

1. Delivery of Final Mixes

Bassmint agrees to deliver to the Client the final mix(es) of the recording in both MP3 and WAV file formats. Mixed files will be delivered within the timeframe defined by the service package that was purchased, unless a different timeframe is agreed upon prior to receiving the raw files.

2. Scope of Each Mix

Each mix provided is intended for use with only one recording/version of the song.

3. Exclusions

The Client acknowledges that session files will not be provided as part of the final deliverables.

4. Copyright and Ownership

The services provided by Bassmint are considered “work for hire.” Bassmint will have no claim to the compositional or sound recording copyright unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate agreement.

5. Public Display of Work

Bassmint reserves the right to use the mixed song(s) as examples of their work on their personal website and social media platforms following the release of the music. Prior written consent from the Client is required for showcasing before the official release.

COPYRIGHT

We value intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same. You must have the necessary rights or explicit permission to use any content—such as audio files, samples, or recordings—on our platform. If you don't follow this rule, you are responsible for any related risks and liabilities, and we may remove any content that violates these terms.

You also agree to protect us from any costs, losses, or damages (including legal fees) if you use content you don't own or have permission to use. We may suspend or end your account if necessary.

To report alleged copyright infringement, please email us. We may remove content and terminate accounts of repeat violators. For notices, contact us.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will not be issued once we have commenced mixing your song. This policy is in place to ensure that we can dedicate our time and resources effectively.

Exception for File Issues: A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If you are unable to deliver the necessary files for mixing.

  • If the files provided are unusable or not workable, and no alternative files can be provided.
